Reservations can not be guaranteed without receipt of deposit. E-mail confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your 150 dollar deposit. Final payment is due 45
days prior to check-in. Rates are subject to change until confirmation of rental (your security deposit) is received . Rates are payable only in US dollars.
